The classes are held at Lansdown Tennis Club, Bath from 9.15-10.15am on Wednesdaymornings. First two classes 8th, 15th October.
The class involves a cardio warm-up with lots of bouncing around to some great music. This is followed by some body conditioning to tone various muscle groups, of course including those very important abdominals! There are also balance tracks which again are great for core stability and also flexibility, a short and simple dance routine towards the end of the class and finishing off with some stretching.
